Cameron James are proud to be partnering with a unique organisation linked to the leisure sector situated between Leeds and Bradford.

As HR advisor you will be supporting the Head of HR and managing the small HR administration team. Over and above this as HR Advisor will be responsible for delivering a professional, fast and efficient HR / administration service including: -

• Providing general/confidential administration support for all areas of the Company;



• Providing timely and accurate management reporting on all HR related activity;



• Manage the administration of all new starters/leavers;



• Carry out inductions for all new starters;



• Manage the occupational health process;



• Provide first line HR support to line managers re: employment relations issues;



• Support line managers with all areas of recruitment.

If this sounds of interest, then we`d be keen to hear from you and you`ll be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven practical experience of working in a generalist HR advisor role, ideally educated to CIPD Level 5.



• Excellent analytical, organisational and accurate data entry skills;



• Clear written and verbal communication skills;



• High levels of detail consciousness and accuracy;



• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities to meet critical deadlines.
