Job Information

Experienced Accounts Assistant required for a property company based in Central London - the role is responsible for managing all transactional level duties for this well-established business.

Main Duties:

• Purchase Ledger : processing invoices; checking purchase invoices; invoice distribution; processing cheques; preparing remittances
• Sales Ledger : raising invoices for customers; debtor list updates; raising credit notes; posting invoices
• Credit Control
• Daily Banking / Bank Reconciliation
• Staff Expenses
• WIP schedule/reporting
• Dealing with any accounts queries

Key Skills Required:

• Sage 50 experience
