Job Information

Cameron James is currently seeking a HR Administrator to join a leading charity on the outskirts of Wakefield.

As HR Administrator you will be joining the HR function of this organisation with a key focus on supporting the administration needs of the Learning and Development function.

You will support the end to end process of training needs from planning courses, to co-ordinating delegates, to gathering feedback and ensuring all learning and development conducted is recorded accurately.

You will also support the apprenticeship journey from initial applications through to completion of their qualifications and training programme

Additional support will involve co-ordinating all administration needs from organising travel, booking rooms, co-ordinating delegates, liaising with external providers and dealing with queries.

You will also support the Learning and Development Manager with creating reports and analysing training data and any additional administration support.

We are keen to hear from experienced HR administrator who have worked within the training/learning and development arm of HR function. You will also hold exceptional organisational skills, competent MS Office skills and offer a flexible, professional and personable approach when dealing with colleagues, delegates and external customers.
