We are recruiting for a global insurance company, based in the heart of London City. Due to a high workload, they are recruiting for a keen and enthusiastic HR Analyst to support the HR team.

The role is a Fixed Contract to start ASAP and is up untill the end of Jan 2019. There is a strong possibility that the role will be extended or go permanent. Interviews are being held next week and an immediate start is required - so candidates must be immediate or on a maximum of 1 weeks` notice.

Working as part of a busy HR team, the role will report into the Compensation & Benefits manager and will involve supporting the team with all aspects of HR administration and analytical support, HR reporting, preparing analytical reports and dealing with HR queries from the business.

For this role it is essential that candidates have strong MS Excel skills, as you will be expected to manipulate HR data and produce reports. This will involve vlookups, if statements, pivot tables and using basic macros. Some HR / Comp & bens experience would be beneficial, although this is not essential. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Supporting the Compensation & Benefits manager with all admin support, in addition to the wider HR team
• Production and preparation of various HR data reports - HR audits, compliance, payroll, benefits, costs etc.
• Responsible for various MS Excel reports and analysis for the business
• Updating and processing employee benefits information
• New starters and leavers, HR and Comp & Bens administration
• Dealing with queries from employees in regards to HR and Compensation and benefits queries
• Supporting managers with analysis and research for HR projects
