Cameron James is proud to be partnering with an organisation based close to Horsforth/Yeadon for the recruitment of a HR Manager.

This role is a stand-alone HR Manager role; however, you will be supported by a HR Administrator.

This varied role offers both ‘hands on` generalist support with additional input and delivery of the organisations people`s strategy.

This organisation is linked the retail sector and has a number of sites dotted around Yorkshire, the North West and as far down as the West Midlands, whilst the role will involve travel, this will be on a ad hoc basis

On the day to day side, you will support training and development, employee relations and engagement, recruitment and selection and support/oversee the Health and Safety function.

The organisation has over 200 employees and growing rapidly.

You will also be CIPD qualified to level 5 or above, you will have a track record of working in a generalist role and have a bias towards the retail sector.
