This newly created role has arisen through this organisation`s continued growth, and you will be joining a team of HR Business Partners dotted around their other sites and be reporting into the Head of HR.
You will take responsibility for dealing with the day to day HR needs of this site, whilst supporting your colleagues from time to time at the other locations. A driving licence is required for the role; and you will have access to a pool car to facilitate these trips.
Core responsibilities will include:

• People strategy and delivery
• Training and development
• Recruitment and selection procedure
• Employee relations and advisory support
• Employee engagement

You will support the organisations continued support of GDPR and also oversee the monthly payroll runs. So being a GDPR expert and having exposure to payroll will be an added benefit for this role.
This role is best suited to a HR Advisor looking to take that next step up. This role will be very hands on and as the business continues to grow, you will be part of its long-term vision and growth.
The culture is professional, and people orientated, the HR team is hard working and supportive of each other and the Head of HR (your boss) is keen to support your career and personal development.
You will be CIPD Level 5 or above qualified, have recent HR advisory experience ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Have experience of payroll and an understanding of Coms and Benefits scheme and hold a current driving licence.
You will also be very people orientated, a natural self-starter who thrives in a ‘hands on` HR support, eager to do more and grow with the business whilst being comfortable and happy working independently.
This role is Monday to Friday and whilst the desired hours are full time, there is flexibility if needs be for later starts or earlier finishes.
There`s lots of benefits to enjoy from 25 days holidays, a generous pension scheme, life assurance and annual bonuses.
