I am currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Supervisor for a client who is a bespoke award winning law firm based in Westminster, who pride themself on the awards archived by its employees and partners, actively encourage diversity, equality and inclusion across all our teams in all their offices, and apply the same principles when recruiting new team members. You will be communicating with offices and partners based worldwide. Working in the finance and support services team.

Summary

Based in London, you will work as part of the finance team and part of the firms support services, providing support and supervision to assist existing members of the finance team in all aspect of the business needs and daily and periodic finance and accounting task.

Responsibilities

• Payroll preparation of P11d and PSA returns
• Overhead and ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Management reports
• Cash flow forecasting
• Year end audit files
• Development of the firms it systems
• Anything else that`s deemed appropriate to the role or anything that arises on an ad hoc basis or requested by management

Key Skills and qualifications

• AAT or QBE Qualified
• A proven track record in accounting practices
• Experience using accounting software Sage/Access Dimensions / Great Plains
• Management and staff supervision experience
• MS skills Word/Excel/Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong eye for detail

Package

• Salary between £32,000 - £38,000
