An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a practice accountant to join a successful SME accountancy firm based in Hazel Grove. This role will give you full autonomy over your portfolio of clients as well as being allocated other work within the firm. This is a client facing role and you will have regular contact with clients and hold meeting with the practice manager.

The daily duties of the Accountant will include:

• Preparation of statutory accounts for SME`s
• Preparation of unaudited accounts for sole traders
• VAT returns
• Self-assessment tax returns

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a practice environment and hold an ACA or ACCA qualification although QBE will be considered. You must be a highly organised individual and have great attention to detail while working.
