Job Information

My clients, based in Central London are now looking to find an Accounts Assistant to cover a maternity contract for 12 months. This contract Accounts Assistant vacancy will provide accounting and administrative support to the Accountant.

Main Duties:

• Processing invoices
• Expenses processing
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Petty cash management
• Credit card reconciliation
• Banking duties
• Accounts administration

Required experience:

• 2 years+ experience in accounts
• Strong communication / Strong Excel

For this position, my client is offering a competitive salary of up to £22,000-25,000 dependant on experience as well as other benefits.

To clarify : this is a contract position for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
