I am currently on the hunt for a well-seasoned Human Resources Advisor to join a fantastic award-winning company on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will need to have proven experience:

• In a HR generalist role with 4 years` experience, preferably gained in a commercial environment.
• Partnering with line managers to review employee relations, performance management, resourcing and staff management : feel comfortable dealing with all kinds of ER situations.
• Able to understand different types of audiences needs and quickly build a strong rapport with stakeholders, engaging at all levels.
• Experience designing and developing tailored resourcing materials for L&D Departments
• Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies, procedures and ensuring these are in line with the current legislation
• Handling HR matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements
• Assisting with and developing on any recruitment campaigns
• Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation`s objectives

HR advisors should be qualified to degree level or above and will have a CIPD certificate. Interpersonal skills and being a team player are absolute musts, as you will work with several people at all levels across the business. HR advisors will be expected to be proficient in the following:

• Organisational and administrative skills
• 4 Years experience in an HR environment
• Advising and working with senior members of staff
• IT programmes and HR systems - TUPE
• Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
• Driven and determined
• CIPD qualified
• Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
