Cameron James is looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join a leading national charity at their head office function close to Wakefield.

This organisation provides residential, day services, care, rehabilitation support to meet the needs of people with physical disabilities, with over 1400 employees you will be joining a supportive HR team.

The role is busy, varied and focuses core areas:

• Managing ER from low level to lengthy complex cases.
• Advisory support for Managers along with coaching and upskilling
• Project Work providing input into the organisations wider picture.
• Operational support with reviews/appraisals/contractual changes
• TUPE work

With reference to the ER workload, the volume is manageable but requires an in-depth process to comply with quality expectations of the trust and the sector

The role requires only ad hoc travel; however, your advisory support will be face to face, telephone based and via Skype.
