Job Information

Working in partnership with a reputable Financial Planners I am currently recruiting for an IFA Administrator to join their Liverpool based support team.

As an IFA Administrator you will support the Financial Advisers with all Client Servicing and Business Processing administration work, ensuring high quality work is produced and an excellent service is provided to their clients.

Duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Processing Business
• Valuations
• Quotations
• ISA and Pension Transfers/Switches
• Issuing Letters of Authority
• Preparing and Maintaining Client Files

The successful IFA Administrator must have either provided similar support within a Financial Planning company, or will have administration experience within a relevant Product Provider environment.
