Cameron James is seeking a HR Advisor (with end to end payroll knowledge) to join a market leading industrial supplier/distributor organisation on a temporary basis initially. (Permanent opportunity available)

This organisation is based in the south of Leeds with free parking

This temporary role is to commence from the beginning of August and ongoing until the role is appointed on a permanent basis. And for the right individual this role can lead to a permanent position.

You will be joining a busy small team, supporting the organisation headcount of 100+ staff in a combined role of HR support and overseeing the monthly payroll alongside their outsourced payroll partner.
You will have end to end payroll knowledge and comfortable in the administration of compensation and benefits. Should you consider this opportunity on a permanent then this role will shift towards HR over payroll as their systems become more streamlined.
You will have recent HR experience, covering recruitment, advisory and employee relations support.
You will also enjoy being an integral part of the department taking ownership of key HR projects.

We are keen to hear from individuals with immediate availability, with end to end payroll experience, you will also be CIPD qualified or working towards this and a strong track record in providing HR advisory support within a generalist capacity.
We are also keen to hear from HR professionals with a flexible and ‘can do` attitude
Working Monday to Friday (there is an element of flexibility on the working hours, should you require this)
