Contact Centre Team Leader

Working in partnership with a leading Insurer in West Yorkshire we are currently recruiting for Experienced Team Leaders to work within a growing team.

As an experienced Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of 10-15 Claims Handlers ensuring that service levels and quality standards are met. You will build, develop and maintain an engaged team with the skills and experience necessary to deliver the agreed strategy and objectives.

The successful Team Leader will have:

• Previous experience of team management and development
• Strong attention to detail coupled with a tenacious mind-set
• The ability to foster a culture and environment focused on high performance and personal development, in order to deliver, develop and improve individual and team performance and contribute to the success of the company
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
• The capacity to manage and deal with change effectively and timely
• Ability to develop and sustain relationships with internal and external parties
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent

In return you will receive a salary of £25,000 - £28,000per annum, depending on your level of experience.
