Cameron James is pleased to be partnering with a leading employer close to Bradford for a Head of HR.

You will be joining a leading organisation with strong local and brand heritage, with the foresight to adapt and change to its marketplace. Its an exciting time to join this organisation, who put people at the heart of what they do, whilst valuing the importance of HR.
This newly created role will involve leading, managing and aligning their HR and People Strategy and working closely with the HR Director to support the businesses growth and objectives.
You will part of the Senior Leadership Team and able to influence and support change, whilst thrive in a hands-on role managing an established and committed HR team.
The business has clear goals and refreshing values, where their customers, their people and their business hold equal importance.

For the perfect candidate, we are keen to hear from talented Heads of HR, with a track record of support and guiding teams and managers to develop and deliver solutions to business challenge.
Experience of steering ‘employer of choice` projects with tangible results to speak of
Champion business culture and leadership
Ongoing development of health and wellbeing services
Budgetary controls and delivery
Driving business projects to ensure plans are implemented.
