We are working with an established and well respected legal firm and they are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team.

Working as part of a busy team, the role will involve rounded generalist HR administration support to the HR team and business. This is a fast paced and busy role, so candidates must be able to manage their own workload. Key duties and responsibilities include;

• Working as part of a team of 7, supporting 330 employees across various sites in the UK and Internationally
• Maintain and update HR information including new starters, leavers, temps, secondments etc.
• Compile basic HR statistics on a monthly basis,, update the HR system with any employee changes, through the Intranet, including staff Handbook and HR forms
• Prompt managers for end of probation reviews and appraisal documentation
• Keep administration procedures regularly updated to reflect current HR practice.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Specialist to liaise with agencies and with direct candidates to arrange first and second interviews
• Set up interviews at times and locations that suit the recruiting manager`s diaries, prepare the panel interview packs, send out personality profiling and aptitude tests etc.
• Ensure staff and Shareholder changes that affect payroll are recorded in the tracker - starters, leavers, increases or reductions in hours, sick pay, holiday pay, pension contributions, benefit deductions, maternity and paternity pay etc
• Enrol staff and Shareholders onto benefit schemes and update the providers

For this role candidates must have previous HR experience and ideally have worked within a professional services environment.

Candidates must have high levels of accuracy and good attention to detail, in addition to a friendly and polite manner. Excellent verbal and written skills are essential.
