Cameron James are currently recruiting a Receptionist for a Private Members Sports Club based in Victoria.

The receptionist is responsible for providing reception duties, administrative support and the general coordination of the office / floor.

This is a role could offer the successful candidate ample opportunity for progression throughout the business. We are looking for someone who is pro active and hungry for progression. - Potentially in to HR.

Main Duties -

• Meeting and Greeting visitors
• Answering the main switchboard
• Acting as first point of contact for all general office enquires.
• Booking guests in to visiting system and ensuring all is well.
• Assisting in planning and preparation of meetings and conference calls.
• Receiving / distributing incoming post and preparing outgoing post
• Receiving and processing invoices and company credit card statements. Scanning International invoices and sending them in to to Wilmslow. - Other invoices from may include just posting.
• Maintaining the general filling system.
• Processing expenses
• Arranging travel
• Maintaining and monitoring an adequate inventory of office supplies - Stationery, toner and food and drinks.
• Dealing with print requests such as business cards, company stationery and presentations.
• Acting as a fire warden and an appointed person for Health and Safety.
• Making necessary arrangements for new starters.
• Organising weekly food and snack deliveries.
