Job Information

Cameron James are working with a National Nursing and Care group who are currently expanding their Human Resources team. They are looking to onboard a HR Admin who has at least a years` experience preferably with in the Nursing, Care or NHS sector. - Not essential .

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast pace, busy, dynamic team and grow your skills as well as learn new ones.

The successful candidate will provide a professional administrative service for the Human Resources (HR) function and report directly in to the Head of HR.

The role involves the following major responsibilities:

1. Processing, verifying and maintaining personnel information and documentation.
2. Recruitment administration.
3. Completing the new starter process.
4. Completing the leaver process.
5. Maintaining employee records and files.
6. Issuing contracts and amendments to contracts.
7. Dealing with line manager an employees` queries.
8. General administration duties.
9. Providing cover for reception at lunch times/other breaks and annual leave or other absences.
