We are working with a growing business consultancy based in London City and they are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join the business.

This is a new position and will support the HR Manager with all aspects of day to day HR support to the business of 140 employees across 2 offices.

The role would be ideal for a Graduate who is passionate about a career within HR and has some exposure to HR administration i.e. a HR Internship or placement year within a HR position. There is excellent scope to develop and take on more responsibility, so candidates will need to be confident, organised and able to use initiative. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Supporting with Employee Relations administration i.e writing letters, taking minutes and notes, investigation reports
• Inputting new starter information and assisting with the on-boarding process
• Recruitment administration
• Training coordination and administration - organising training courses, booking rooms, managing the training diary, reporting training costs and expenses
• Updating employee HR records
• Assisting with all day to day HR matters and basic HR queries
• Assisting on HR projects - employee engagements surveys, rewards and benefits review and change management

Candidates will ideally have a relevant HR degree and some exposure within HR - although full training and support will be given. Based in the city, they will be travel 1 day per week to the other London office (although this will be within work time

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy and growing HR team, where you will gain exposure to all aspects of HR. Support with CIPD Qualification will also be considered.
