Are you an experienced RTA Fee Earner or Solicitor in the Manchester market looking to join a growing vibrant and friendly team in South Manchester?

If so, my client is looking for an experienced RTA Litigator to take on a caseload of Fast Track RTA cases and be able to handle them up to and including Trial.

Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience of working with claims of this nature within a claimant environment and have the technical ability to be able to conduct negotiations with Insurers and Third Party Solicitors to ensure that cases are settled in line with the advice you provide, be able to undertake advocacy at court hearings and over the phone and ensure accurate case management and billing information.
