Due to recent growth our Client has a fantastic opportunity currently for an experienced Account Executive/Director to take on a substantial existing book.

Alongside nurturing and growing the already established pipeline of clients, the role will include leading the direct arm of the business, mentoring and growing the team.

Our Client has seen consistent growth over previous years and has ambitious plans for the future to which the successful candidate will play a major part.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Experience in managing direct reports would be advantageous
• Ability to generate new business
• Exceptional customer focus with great relationship building skills
• Already gained/working towards professional qualifications
• Experienced in all commercial classes of business

An excellent remuneration package is available for the right candidate Including OTE bonus.
