Job Title: Private Equity Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £55,000 + package

My client, and full service Accountancy firm that have been operating for over a century in Central London, are looking for an aspiring Manager to focus purely on the Private Equity market. This is a great opportunity for ACA/ACCA qualified Accountant to focus on a booming market, manage a high profile client portfolio and lead a well established team.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Overseeing a team to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are met
• Preparing reporting packs for Investec purposes and ensuring financial covenants are not breached
• Tracking Fund performance on a quarterly basis
• Assisting the group auditors with the YE audits
• Assist with non private equity clients with audits, accounts preparations and management accounts

Requirements for this role include:

• Worked within the PE industry and is therefore accustomed to LPA`s, Management Fees, Carried Interest and other key financial aspects to LPA accounting;
• ACA / ACCA qualified;
• Experience as working as a senior or overseeing a small team;
• Worked on and has prior knowledge of auditing concepts;
• Competent Excel knowledge;
• SAGE experience preferred
