Are you experienced RTA Fee Earner with Pre-Litigation experience?

If so, we are recruiting for a rapidly growing firm in Bolton. This firm is looking to expand its RTA team as there has been an upsurge in work that is of good quality.

Ideally, you will have experience of working with your own caseload for a minimum of 6 months, experience of using the MOJ Portal and have some technical knowledge i.e case law to enable to represent clients in all aspects of managing their claims.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing firm that is really looking to push their growth over the coming months unlike many of the other firms in the market that may have closed their departments down over the last little while.

Salaries are entirely negotiable and dependant on experience and the salary level provided is for guidance only.
