Cameron James is pleased to be partnering with a leading legal firm for a part time HR Advisor.

This legal firm holds an enviable reputation and you will be joining an ever-growing organisation. You will be supported by a network of HR colleagues around the country and supported by a centralised HR function.

You will be a key part of the HR functions, providing support and guidance to the Managers, managing employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absences, retirements and redundancy and drive resolutions in line with legislation and policy.

Work closely with the HR Business Partners and proactively identify themes and trends whilst developing solutions

This is a busy role, offering variety and project support work.

This organisation offers a flexible approach to work and happy to consider varying options for working hours, either 3 days or split over 5 days.

We are keen to hear from HR advisors who has recent professional services sector experience, ideally CIPD qualified and a passion and drive for delivering HR excellence.
