An excellent opportunity has arisen for a strong Payroll professional ideally with a HR bias to join a well know organisation based in North Leeds.

The duties of the Payroll / HR Admin will include:

• Full responsibility of monthly payrolls
• Monthly payroll input for all employees
• Implementation of tax code changes
• Salary sacrifice benefits : child care vouchers etc
• Calculating SSP, SMP, SPP and other adjustments
• Preparation of pay slips and P45s
• Produce and distribute P60`s
• Ensuring HMRC submissions are completed accurately and on time
• Accurate running of pensions processing, administration and submission
• Query resolution

• Keeping all personnel records up to date
• Onboarding / offboarding of staff

This role is a great position for someone with a strong payroll background who has some knowledge of basic HR to assist alongside the HR team. There will be lots of opportunities to take part in project work and the company offers a clear progression route.
