We are working exclusively with a growing FSA regulated business and due to continued growth; they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator / HR Officer.

Reporting into the Head of HR and supporting a team of 2 people in HR, the role is a generalist HR position, providing support to c150 employees.

They are looking to recruit a bright, confident and articulate HR professional, who has a good grounding within HR and who is looking for a role that will offer them to take on more responsibility. This is a busy HR position and will offer exposure to all areas of HR including managing all aspects of HR administration and HR processing, starters/ leavers, full employee life cycle work, recruitment, ER and L&D. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Working as part of a team of 3 people in HR, providing support across all HR administration areas - providing HR support to c150 employees
• Dealing with initial and 1st line HR queries from employees
• Processing starters and leavers, involved in the full on boarding process
• Updating and managing all employee records
• Provided administration support on ER meetings, including drafting and sending letters, typing up notes etc.
• Managing all recruitment administration and processors - liaising with agencies, writing and posting job ads, organising interviews, sending contracts etc.
• Responsible for payroll reporting and submitting payments, bonus, amendments etc.
• Assisting with training and L&D administration for the business
• Supporting the HRD with any ad-hoc HR tasks within the team

For this role candidates will need to have proven HR administration experience and be keen to develop and take on more responsibility. Ideally have started CIPD and keen to quality - full support with this will be given.

It is essential that candidates have very strong written and verbal communication skills, have excellent attention to detail and be confident managing their own workload.
