Do you have experience leading a HR team for a Recruitment or Sales company? If so this role might be for you! My client, an established multi sector Recruitment company are looking to bring on an experienced HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career, take charge and manage a team but still be very proactive and hands on. Reporting to the Board you will be required to Lead and develop their Human Resources and Internal Recruitment functions - Mainly focusing

Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Management

• Daily management of all HR Function relating to 100 + employees across UK, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland locations, Singapore and Australia.
• Analysis of sales activities / monitoring performance.
• HR related admin tasks and ad hoc projects, including generation of employee contracts, absence management etc.
• Liaison with all global offices on various HR related matters.
• Producing HR related reports and documents for the CEO and Operations Director.

Internal Recruitment

• Internal Recruitment for UK, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland locations, Singapore and Australia.

• Managing Internal Recruitment team.

Learning and Development

• Identify training and development needs for our sales and resourcing teams.
• Creation and delivery of a strategic plan for training and development.
• Induction and onboarding of new employees.
• Working closely with Senior Management to create a strategy for the retention and development of high performers.

Preferred background & Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Recruitment and HR position in a business to business professional services company (People to People business)
• CIPD or European Equivalent Qualified or Studying
• Experience in the recruitment and retention of Sales people.
• Experience of performance managing a workforce spread across several different locations.
• Management or coaching of other Recruitment/HR professionals
• Knowledge of German and / or Dutch preferable but not essential if relevant experience exists.
