An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a unique and prestigious law firm based in Leeds as a Senior HR Advisor. This role is a 12 month FTC for a maternity cover. It is an excellent opportunity for a HR advisor looking to develop in a large team of 12 HR staff, this role would suit someone from a professional services background. It is essential for this role to have at least 3 years Generalist HR Advisor experience as this role has a wide remit of responsibilities.

The duties of the Senior HR Advisor will include:

• Performance management
• ER
• Training and development
• Recruitment
• Employment law
• Project work
• Maintaining and updating policy documents
• Analysing HR statistics

The successful applicant will be someone who is professional and able to communicate confidently with director level staff. Previous experience in a legal firm would be advantageous.
