Human Resources Administrator
Cameron James is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation, who is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their growing HR team. We are keen to hear from experienced HR Administrators who enjoy a busy and varied role, and who also enjoys offering first line support with HR enquiries.

The main core duties of the role will involve:

• Assisting in the recruitment of new staff from vacancy instruction, to dealing with recruitment enquires, short-listing and arranging interviews
• Processing all new starters to include arranging induction, processing pre-employment checks, issuing contracts and generation offer letters, alongside administering the benefits and rewards package.
• Assist in HR case work to include arranging meetings, drafting correspondence and typing minutes.
• Maintaining the HR systems with amendments, new starters and leavers.
• Supporting the team with research for specific HR projects
• Producing monthly reports for HR dashboard reports.
