My client, a highly respected Manchester-based Commercial Insurance Broker is seeking a sales focussed broker to join their friendly and lively New Business team.

With access to all the leading insurer markets and a ready supply of well-qualified business leads to attack, this really is the ideal environment for a sales focused individual to take their career to the next level. Initially targeting the SME end of the commercial market from a predominantly desk based role, you will, over time shadow experienced Account Executives in attending client visits and become involved in broking larger, more complex risks. In addition, as part of my clients` ongoing commitment to developing their employees, you will also receive full support in working towards industry recognised CII qualifications.

Key competencies:

• Minimum of 2 years` experience gained working in a broking environment
• A detailed understanding of the UK broking market
• Previous sales experience would be highly advantageous
• An engaging, outgoing personality
• A strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service
• Strong IT skills
