An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong HR and Payroll Officer to join a large global manufacturing company, based in Sheffield. This role is ideally suited to a candidate who has previous experience working within manufacturing or similar fast paced environments. Sitting below senior management you will be responsible for HR generalist and Payroll duties and working closely with management.

The duties of the HR and Payroll Officer role include:

• Benefit Administration
• ER
• Performance management and training
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Policy implementation
• Payroll input
• Salary sacrifices benefits
• Employment Law compliance
• Maintain HR database and compile reports
• Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of CIPD level 5 or be currently studying towards this along with a solid background of payroll experience. You will be a strong character who has confidence and authority while maintaining a approachable nature.
