An exciting job opportunity has arisen to join a housing organisation based in Teddington as a Learning and Development Advisor. This is a fantastic opening to join and innovative and forward-thinking company to design and deliver training to a range of employees both on and off site. This role is looking for a candidate who is at least CIPD Level 5 qualified with proven history of working within Learning and Development.

The duties of the Learning and Development Advisor include:

• Design and deliver training
• Data analysis to understand skill gaps and how to fill these
• Build internal training programmes
• Identify and develop existing talent pool
• Track expenditure
• Support employee engagement activities
• Evaluate effectiveness of L&D within the workplace
• Build and manage relationships with external training providers

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within a fast paced and customer facing Learning and Development team, digital savvy prior experience of e-learning programs is essential and be highly self-motivated and able to work proactively alone when necessary.
