We are working with a well-established and growing consultancy business and they are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager.

The role will be responsible for managing their busy Head Office and will also involve providing Executive Assistance to the Partners and Fee Earners. You will also oversee the Office Administrator. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Reporting into the FD, managing all day to day operations for the Head office (around 70 employees at this site).
• Split role which will include running of the head-office, Executive Assistance to the senior team, managing front of house and Health & Safety.
• Developing and maintaining internal, supplier and third party relationships
• Managing the office; stationary management, office facilities, Utilities, phone systems etc.
• Review, streamline, implement and manage internal business processors
• Senior team support; attendance to regular management board meeting, responsible for capturing and producing management board minutes, sending out reports, scheduling meetings, organising travel arrangements for the partners etc.
• Deliver a first class administration service to Partners and Fee Earners, including checking and reviewing reports and dealing with sensitive information
• Health & Safety management; Own and manage the Office Health and Safety, maintain H&S standards, which includes, H&S paperwork, audits and periodic H&S checklist/risk assessment checks, overall responsibility to ensure H&S compliance
• Be the Head-office First Aider and Fire Marshal
• Oversee and manage the Office Administrator

For this role it is essential that you have proven office management experience and ideally have provided PA / Exec Assistant support. You must have the ability to manage a varied workload comfortably, manage expectations and possess excellent organisational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential and you must be professional and confident
