An exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR Assistant has arisen to join a SME manufacturing business on the outskirts of Bradford. This role would be ideal for someone who is has a strong HR Admin background who is looking to build on these foundations and gain more generalist knowledge. This company currently use Sage HR and so prior experience with this would be advantageous.

The duties of the HR Assistant role will include:

• Recruitment, start to end including advertising, arranging interviews, assisting with interviews, offer letters, confirmation and referencing.
• Onboarding / Offboarding
• New starter packs and inductions
• Reviewing Occupational health requirements
• Performance reports and evaluation : identifying areas of training requirements
• Employee reviews
• Employee relation cases - disciplinaries, grievances, return to work interviews, etc.
• Payroll support
• Other general admin duties as and when required

This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to really build a career within a generalist HR role. Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified, looking to pursue their Level 5 qualification. This company offers a competitive salary and benefits package and have onsite parking.
