We are working on an exclusive basis with a growing property company and they are recruiting for an experienced HR generalist to join the business.

This is a new and exciting opportunity, reporting into Directors and will be responsible for all aspects of HR and Recruitment for the business, providing HR support to c80-100 employees. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Working in a standalone HR role, responsible for all aspects of HR and recruitment, reporting into Directors
• Managing all aspects of day to day HR including; starters, leavers, contracts, updating HR records and HR administration
• Dealing with ER (Employee Relations), including dealing with lateness, absenteeism, performance issues, day to day and complex issues.
• Advising and supporting managers with any issues, giving advice on Employment law
• Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures, including staff handbooks and all staff policies
• Advertising roles, managing social media and liaising with agencies
• Managing and leading on recruitment - sourcing candidates, screening, shortlisting, phone interview and managing the offer process
• Training - Identifying and providing training for employees

For this role it is essential that candidates have proven experience within HR and Recruitment and are confident working in a standalone capacity.
