Role title: ER Advisor

Salary: £25,000

Contract: Permanent

Location: West Yorkshire



I have currently partnered with a leading organisation based in Leeds, who is looking for an ER advisor to join their growing HR Department. This is a great opportunity for a HR professional looking to progress into more specialist role with in a highly rewarding organisation.

Main Duties:

• Advising employees when required and respond to employee queries
• Updating and maintaining the HR Information System
• Responsible for the reporting to HR of monthly HR Key Performance Indicators, (KPI`s) ensuring that deadlines are met, trends analysed and recommendations made.
• Proactive management of absence, liaising with managers to identify ways to reduce and proactively manage sickness in line with policy and procedure.
