I am currently working with a leading organisation based in west Yorkshire that is currently looking for a HR Administrator/Assistant to join their growing HR department. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to get a high volume of work both office and HR.

Main Duties:

• Recruiting new employees:
• Advertising the position
• Arranging Interviews
• Assisting with conducting Interviews & Work trials
• Initial New starter meet & greet / first day follow up.
• Organising / Conducting new starter Inductions
• Conducting follow on new starter chats up to review stage (after 8 Weeks)
• Administration of Sage HR system
• Documentation of New Starter process
• Reviewing of Occupational Health requirements
• Organising / Conducting current employee on going performance evaluation
• Training requirements
• Safe System of Work (SSoW) documentation
