Our client, a leading independent Broker with offices across the North of England have a position available for a Commercial handler to be based in their Newcastle Office.

The role is to deal with commercial renewals and New Business for all SME business including all Package, Tradesman`s Liability and Property Owner policies.

Our client is looking for a candidate with:-

• 1 : 2 years Insurer or Broker experience preferred.
• Experienced in Insurance sales by phone is desirable.
• Be proactive in ways to increase new business including cold calling and new business client visits.
• To be able to secure and maximise renewal retention.
• An excellent team player.
• Be fully compliant with FCA regulations
• Our client will help the right candidate with development towards professional qualifications
