Business Development Manager

Location- Bradford

Salary- £30,000, £4,000 car allowance, bonus up to £10,000 and additional flexible benefits

Working in partnership with a leading insurer we are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager to join their successful team.

Reporting into the Sales Director you will have a real appetite for sales and be someone who is looking to continue your career in business development.

In this role you will be responsible for finding sales opportunities and arranging new schemes with Clients in the insurance or any other relevant sector. You will also manage existing relationships with key clients already working with the business. You will explore new market opportunities and launch new insurance schemes with the ability to produce excellent volume.

The successful Sales Manager will have:

• A proven track record of selling and hitting targets
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships
• Self-motivated
• A tenacious attitude with the ability to work through issues and problems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A good listener
• Have a good understanding of business principles
