My client, a blue chip retail company based in Bradford, are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their expanding team. This vital role will look at ensuring the optimisation of overheads in line business strategies, whilst primarily supporting operational management figures.

Main duties:

• Commercial modelling and decision support.
• Business/Financial reporting.
• Planning and Forecasting processes.
• Ensuring integrity across the companies financial data.
• Month end reporting and analysis.

• Excellent business partnering skills - translation of financial data in meaningful management information, providing insightful decision support.
• Confident in the ability to provide constructive and informed challenge.
• Solution Focused.
• Ability to nurture strong relationships with commercial partners.
• High quality of data and analytical reporting.
• Great attention to detail.

Education:

• Educated to Degree level.
• Studying towards becoming a Chartered Accountant (CIMA / ICAEW / ACCA / CIPFA).
• Experienced in commercial finance.
