Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

Salary: £36,000-£38,000 (depending on experience)

Location: North Yorkshire

Contract: Permanent

I am excited to say I have recently partnered with a leading organisation based in North Yorkshire. My client is looking for a Learning and Development manager to join their developing L&D team. The company is easy accessible from West Yorkshire. This candidate will play an integral part of the new design, creation and Delivery of the new L&D services that they are offering.

Main duties:

• Assist the Head of L&D in the design and creation of the new Learning Network in line with the company strategy and business plans
• Manage the delivery and evolution of a blended learning approach.
• Design new blended learning pathways for key roles for Members, Partners and BN staff , managed using technology enabled learning pathways on LINK.
• Provide expertise in working with key stakeholders to identify learning & development needs and preferred means of delivery, to ensure high engagement at all levels
• Plan, monitor and maximise engagement and usage by Members, Partners and BN & Compass staff providing monthly management reporting
• Manage the delivery of all L&D programmes with a strong customer service focus.
• Effectively communicate the L&D offering to Members/Partners and BN & Compass staff
• Review and identify future training requirements including regulatory or statutory changes in requirements
• Design and deliver an L&D offering that achieves industry accreditation, awards and recognition
• Stay current with trends and developments in the learning & development field to differentiate us from competitive networks , industry training offerings and third party training providers
