I`m working in partnership with Wealth Management firm and recruiting for a Financial Advisers across the North of England. This firm has offices in Northern Ireland, the North West and in Yorkshire and has been steadily growing for over 20 years. They are looking for Financial Advisers across these regions.

The reason they are successful is they put their clients` needs first every single time they give personal financial and investment advice.

You will work closely with a very supportive back office team who will provide guidance and administrative support. The leadership team will work closely with you and regularly review your progress, they are wholly committed in helping you be the best adviser you can be.

The successful Financial Advisers will benefit from;

• Initial and continued to support from the firms Directors and in-house Marketing professionals to give them the best start and to help continually grow your client bank
• Back office support, compliance and robust processes and procedures.
• Being part of a FTSE 100 company that guarantees your advice
• A favourable income split of 80:20 in favour of the Financial Adviser

The successful Financial Advisers will not be tied to a desk or micro-managed and instead will be encouraged to network at every opportunity in order to increase enquiries and write more business.

This is a Self Employed position so to ease any initial pressure they do have options available if you need any initial Financial Support. Their most a Financial Advisers joined and within 3 months, and after the initial support of this firm, has is writing enough business to be financially secure.

The Financial Adviser must be able to demonstrate a recent track record of giving quality Financial Planning Advice, be personable and have a good work ethic.
