Role Title: Project Manager
Salary: £26,000-£35,000 (DOE)
Location: Pinner (North London)
Contract: Permanent
I am really excited to announce that I have currently partnered with a leading organisation within their sector. My client is actively looking for a Programme Manager to support the Programme Director. The main focus is to own and manage the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent client projects that vary in complexity and duration. Working with the relevant Client Relationship Manager you will help them to achieve their sales targets and client satisfaction through the application of care, dedication, passion and skill in a collaborative manner.

Main duties:



• Conduct a risk assessment for all major projects and agree details with Senior Management : what could go wrong.



• Draft Project Implementation Plans with appropriate timelines.



• Select briefings and managing ongoing relevant suppliers such as fulfilment houses, printers and specialist promotional lawyers in the UK and overseas.



• Work with key contacts at the client to gain their confidence & agreement to the project implementation plans and liaise on a regular basis ensuring they keep to both timing and budget plans. Escalating and acting on variances to the plan.



• Where necessary, brief work to Project Executives and monitor their progress in delivering the project.



• Co-ordinate the collection of data and the administration of projects, tracking and recording activity and financial information, highlighting and resolving any issues that arise.



• Conduct winner selection or verification of client`s winner control systems as required.



• Occasionally act as an auditor with off site visits to supervise print / production activities both in the UK and overseas.
