Commercial Insurance Account Handler

Leeds

Salary - Up to £26k DOE

A regional broker in the heart of Leeds is now looking to add an additional Account Handler to their well-established team.

You will work with a portfolio of clients Insurance programmes in a professional and ethical manner following agreed procedures.

Working closely with an Account Executive you will be your client`s first point of contact for cover queries, mid-term adjustments and quotations for additional insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with Commercial Accounts
• Building and maintaining effective relationships
• Treat customers fairly at all times
• Deal with MTA`s, renewals and new business
• Handle and respond to product queries quickly and efficiently

Experience Required

• Commercial broking experience
• Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
• A keen interest in progression within Insurance
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
