We are currently recruiting for an additional Advisor. Below is a summary of the ideal candidate background and the value proposition for that candidate.
They are ambitious and aspire to a certain lifestyle for themselves and their family. Conversely, they are conservative in nature and do not want to take too many financial/career risks. They earn between £70k and £100k per annum. They could be working in either an IFA or bank assurance firm. They will be within a one hour driving distance of our Hertfordshire office.
They are looking for the next logical step in their career. Work /life balance is important to them in that they want to provide a quality lifestyle for their family without sacrificing excessive family time. They would like to get an equity stake in the game as part of their future financial planning in addition to increased earning capacity. They want to be self-sufficient while having a supporting structure behind them so they can reach their full potential.
The Company will provide sales and marketing support so that they can maximize their effective selling time.

They have a very effective three-person events marketing team focused exclusively on lead generation for our team of advisors.
For advisers who need help with lead generation, they can provide the sales and marketing support they need, in addition to giving them access to a portion of an existing client bank.
They will also support them with referrals.
ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPORT: The adviser will be given high quality pre-and post-sales support. They will have the benefit of working with well-trained people using proven processes and the latest technology.
INCOME AND EQUITY: For the right candidate they can create the opportunity to take a significant leap forward in their earning capacity. We will provide a very attractive income structure that enables the adviser to take significant progressive steps forward in their earing capacity.
