Commercial Insurance Branch Director - Potential of Equity in the Business!

Location - Lincolnshire

Salary - up to 80k DOE- + Benefits

Our client is a National Broker and Highly respected in the Insurance Market. Due to continued investment in the Business they are acquiring several Brokerages in Lincolnshire and the North of England which they are now looking for Branch Directors to oversee the integration of the Brokerages into the existing Business.

For the first 12 months you will oversee the running if the Branch which will include the Management and control of the existing book overseeing the retention of the business in the first 12 months and ensuring a smooth transitional process.

After this period our client would be delighted to assist you on bringing any of your previous clients to the new Brokerage.

1. You will have at least 10 years` experience in a client facing role with an Insurance Broker as an Account Executive
2. Previous Management experience is desirable
3. A potential Book to bring after 12 months
4. CII Qualifications
