We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to work in our Leeds Head office and join our established team.

As a business we recruit across a number of sectors including; Financial Services, Insurance, Accountancy and HR and are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our HR team.

This is a very busy and established desk, with lots of existing clients and candidates and excellent potential to hit the ground running.

We are keen to speak to ambitious, sales driven and self-motivated individuals who are looking for a career in recruitment. We offer full training and support, plus market leading incentives and bonus schemes. If you are working within Recruitment and have proven experience within HR recruitment or would like a change in desk - then we are interested in speaking with you!

Main duties and responsibilities will include;

• Cold calling to win new business
• Networking and developing your market, Developing existing clients and building relationships
• Attending client meetings
• Writing adverts and marketing candidates
• Screening CV`s
• Interviewing candidates both face to face and over the phone
• Headhunting candidates
• Negotiating terms of business
• Working to weekly KPI`s
• Hitting targets / earning commission and celebrating your success each month!
