Operations Executive

Salary up £25,000

Working in partnership with a National Law Firm I am currently recruiting for an Operations Executive to work within their Manchester based team.

The successful Operations Executive will have worked in the legal industry previously, have an understanding of work throughput, case duration, billing and KPIs.

In this role you will be required to;

• Distil and distribute MI to colleagues, highlighting areas for focus.
• Understand the client journey and make recommendations for improvement.
• Review system use and make recommendations for improvement of both systems and the way in which it is used.
• Understand pre-defined case plans and make recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in quality control and ensure that files are allocated to the right colleague.
• Understand pre-defined case plans and make recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor capacity and make recommendations on case allocation and recruitment needs.
• Understand stated operational measures for the role, to include (but not exclusively): • • Billing
• • Cash collection
• • Case durations
• • Operational touch time


• Identify areas for continuous improvement.
