Job Information

Working in partnership with an Independent Financial Planners in Sutton Coldfield, I am currently recruiting for an Client Services Administrator to join a busy hardworking team.

My client is happy to look at candidates who have anything from 6-month experience working with a Financial Adviser as they are willing to train the right person up in the role.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 (Although negotiable dependent upon experience), plus support towards achieving industry relevant qualifications.

Duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Assisting to compile Suitability Reports
• Preparing and processing new business through to completion in line with FCA regulations and company procedures
• Fees and commission processing/reconciliations
• Protection, pension and investment administration
• Submitting letters of authority and obtaining relevant information from the provider, to be presented to the IFA in a presentable manner
• Compiling review files, including obtaining illustrations from providers
• Liasing with providers, clients, colleagues and IFA
• Preparing policy summaries for clients, including valuations
• Processing client withdrawals and income drawdown
• Reviewing platform investments, including maintaining cash balances and selling, buying or switching of assets
• Dealing with client queries and on-going servicing
• Maintaining client files
• Ensuring TCF & compliance procedures are adhered to
• Compiling and maintaining internal reports
• Data processing
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• General office duties
• Any other tasks as required to support financial services business operation and functionality

The successful IFA Administrator must have either provided similar support within a Financial Planning company or will have administration experience within a relevant Product Provider environment.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 (Although negotiable dependent upon experience), plus support towards achieving industry relevant qualifications.
