Claims Investigator, Chealde Hulme, £20-£25K - Remote working & flexible hours offered

My client offers a consultancy service to Insurance Firms by assisting them with claims submitted.

They are looking for a Claims Investigator to come on board who has an Insurance Claim Background, has experience of Investigating claims over the phone and who also has knowledge of “Conversation Management”.

What will the job entail?

• You will be allocated a case load which you will manage from start to finish
• Completing intelligence database enquiries
• Use Social Media to search and use the internet to validate information gained
• Responsible for contacting the claimant directly
• Compile report which is to be sent back to the client, recommending whether to pay the claim or to repudiate it

What do I get in return?

• Dependant on experience you will be offered a salary between £20-£25K
• Be part of a new team who will be growing so therefore the opportunity to develop and become team leader/supervisor could be on the table
• Flexible working hours. 8 hours per day but these could be 0800-1600, 0900-1700 or 1000-1800
• Remote working a couple of days per week
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Working for a family orientated team for a company who have been in business for over

What is the client looking for?

• Someone who has experience of Insurance Claims (This is essential)
• “Conversation Management” understanding & cognitive interviewing experience
• Experience of investigating claims.
